For 20 years Brad was an area marketing representative for Qwest and AT&T. He followed that time with a stint as a technical sales trainer for Bell South and sampled a restaurant franchise before committing to a new career in real estate. That first year in real estate saw productivity earning Brad "Rookie of the Year" honors and a Top Ten national award recognition.

For the next 6 years Brad served as Director of Sales and managing broker at the award-winning and nationally recognized Golf Club at Redlands Mesa. While serving there on the Executive Committee, Brad also helped guide the Master Association Board, the Design Review Committee, and the Membership Committee and establish the standards for the Club at Redlands Mesa.
